fix(smart-locate): 修复智能定位三个问题

1. 关键词提取：去除特殊符号【】《》等
2. 元素匹配：点击操作优先匹配按钮，避免误匹配输入框
3. 登录步骤：优先使用已验证的登录模板选择器

问题原因：
- 步骤"点击【功能中心】"被误匹配到搜索输入框
- 登录相关步骤没有使用模板选择器
- 特殊符号影响关键词匹配准确度
