ci: 更新测试报告并调整测试任务

- 移除预定系统测试报告目录
- 更新定时执行功能测试:
  - 注释掉预定系统测试任务
  -调整兰州中石化项目测试任务时间到每天早上6点  - 注释掉展厅巡检测试任务
- 修改桌牌系统巡检测试类名
- 添加新的测试报告文件
